My Approach

My experience in psychology and mental health began over 10 years ago. I’ve worked with individuals, families, children, and couples dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, abandonment, PTSD, bipolar disorders, behavioral issues, and relationship struggles.

I use a strength-based approach and create a unique treatment plan tailored to your needs. You will learn ways to manage and move through painful emotions so you can live a fuller, more gratifying life. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
