The therapeutic process is key to helping you grow into your fullest potential. In individual therapy, we work together to understand and overcome the obstacles that prevent you from enjoying your life. Over time, therapy can even change how your brain processes information, so you can think and feel better, not just cope.
Therapy session 1 hr — $150
Couples Therapy
If you want to repair your relationship or reconnect with your partner, couples therapy can support that process. You and your partner will learn to communicate more effectively, manage disagreements with less conflict, rebuild friendship and intimacy, and address recurring problems with real solutions.

My Approach
My experience in psychology and mental health began over 10 years ago. I’ve worked with individuals, families, children, and couples dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, abandonment, PTSD, bipolar disorders, behavioral issues, and relationship struggles.
I use a strength-based approach and create a unique treatment plan tailored to your needs. You will learn ways to manage and move through painful emotions so you can live a fuller, more gratifying life. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
